Bellagio gets robbed

$1.5Million dollar robbery

You can click above for the story, but here is the summary. Guy runs into the casino and steals $1.5 million dollars worth of chips. But where is he going to cash those in? I don't get it. Certainly you can't cash it all in in one day, nor can you cash in $5,000 a day for 300 days straight. I can't even imagine there is a black market for something like that. So what does he do with all those chips???

Ya that was what I was thinking.. also I would be very surprised if some sort of RFID or serial number kind of thing was not in effect.

I am guessing that a blogger did it, so let's keep it quiet ...

I'd be willing to give him $500 for the chips so that I could use them in my home tournaments.

i'd be willing to give him $500 for the chips as well... but certainly not for a home game. I'd sell them at half price around town.

Or he could auction them off at ebay. Original Bellagio chips from last month's robbery!
